Return & Exchange Policy in Egypt
At Air Premium Store, we are committed to providing original, high-quality products, and complete transparency with our customers. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
- Every order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it is 100% free of manufacturing defects.
- The chance of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect is extremely low (0%–1%).
- We always ensure proper and secure packaging of your product before dispatch — your satisfaction is our priority.
- Exchange: Available only in cases of manufacturing defects or size changes. The product must be in its original condition and unused. Exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Returns: In case of a manufacturing defect or if a suitable replacement size is unavailable, you may request a return within 3 to 5 business days. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- You have the right to inspect the product freely while the delivery agent is present.
- If the product is received without inspection and a defect is later discovered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Shipping Policy
- If the order is canceled with the shipping company without notifying us, you will be charged for the shipping cost.
- Shipping fees must be paid in all cases (upon delivery or refusal), and you will be informed during order confirmation.
Shipping Duration
- Local Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
- International Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال
في Air Premium Store نلتزم بتوفير منتجات أصلية وعالية الجودة مع الشفافية الكاملة مع العميل. يُرجى مراجعة سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بنا أدناه:
- يتم مراجعة كل طلب بعناية قبل الشحن للتأكد من خلوه تمامًا من أي عيوب تصنيع بنسبة 100٪.
- نسبة الحصول على منتج يحتوي على عيب تصنيع منخفضة للغاية (من 0٪ إلى 1٪).
- نحرص دائمًا على تغليف المنتج بشكل آمن وجيد قبل الإرسال — رضاكم هو أولويتنا.
- الاستبدال: متاح فقط في حالة وجود عيوب تصنيع أو في حال رغبة العميل في تغيير المقاس. بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم. يتم تنفيذ طلبات الاستبدال خلال ٣ إلى ٥ أيام عمل.
- الاسترجاع: في حالة وجود عيوب تصنيع أو عدم توفر مقاس بديل مناسب، يمكن تقديم طلب استرجاع خلال ٣ إلى ٥ أيام. يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن الخاصة بالاسترجاع.
- يحق لك فحص المنتج بحرية تامة أثناء وجود مندوب التوصيل.
- في حال استلام المنتج دون فحص ووجود خطأ أو عيب بعد ذلك، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من استلام المنتج.
سياسة الشحن
- عند إلغاء الطلب مع شركة الشحن دون إبلاغنا، سيتم مطالبتك بمصاريف الشحن.
- يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن في جميع الحالات (عند الاستلام أو الرفض)، ويتم إبلاغك بذلك أثناء تأكيد الطلب.
مدة الشحن
- الشحن المحلي: من ١ إلى ٣ أيام عمل.
- الشحن الدولي: من ٣ إلى ٧ أيام عمل.

International Shipping Policy
At Air Premium Store, we are committed to providing a secure and reliable international shipping experience while fully protecting the customer’s rights. Please read the following policy carefully:
- Payment: Full payment of the product and shipping cost is required in advance before we begin processing and preparing the order.
- Product Confirmation (Video & Size): After completing the payment, we will record a video of the actual product designated for the customer, clearly showing the quality and size. The video will be sent to the customer via the agreed communication channel (such as WhatsApp or email).
- The customer has the right to approve or reject the order based on the video.
- Once the customer gives final approval, the order will be shipped.
- If the Customer Rejects the Order After Viewing the Video: A full refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer. No fees will be deducted in this case.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once the order is shipped, returns or exchanges are no longer accepted, as the customer has already confirmed the product and size before dispatch.

سياسة الشحن الدولي
في Air Premium Store نلتزم بتقديم تجربة شحن آمنة وموثوقة لعملائنا في الخارج، مع الحفاظ الكامل على حقوق العميل. يُرجى قراءة السياسة التالية بعناية:
- الدفع: يتم دفع قيمة المنتج والشحن بالكامل مقدمًا قبل بدء عملية التجهيز والإرسال.
- تأكيد الجودة والمقاس: بعد إتمام عملية الدفع، نقوم بتصوير فيديو للمنتج الحقيقي المخصص للعميل، مع توضيح الحالة العامة والمقاس. يتم إرسال الفيديو للعميل عبر وسيلة التواصل المتفق عليها (مثل WhatsApp أو البريد الإلكتروني).
- يحق للعميل الموافقة أو رفض الطلب بناءً على ما تم عرضه بالفيديو.
- في حال تأكيد العميل، يتم شحن الطلب مباشرة.
- في حال رفض العميل بعد مشاهدة الفيديو: يتم استرجاع كامل المبلغ المدفوع بنفس وسيلة الدفع التي استخدمها العميل. لا يتم خصم أي رسوم في هذه الحالة.
هام جداً: لا يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد عملية الشحن، حيث تتم الموافقة النهائية من طرف العميل قبل الإرسال بناءً على فيديو المنتج الفعلي.
نقاط إضافية
- لا يتم تجهيز أو شحن أي طلب دولي إلا بعد دفع القيمة كاملة.
- نلتزم بالشفافية الكاملة في توثيق المنتج قبل الشحن.
